The Three Human Body Cycles
.
The period from 4:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon is known as the Elimination Cycle. At this particular time, the, body wastes and food debris are eliminated by the system. During this cycle, it is most beneficial to consume only fruit or fruit juice.

The Appropriation Cycle which is from 12:00 noon to 8:00 p.m. At this particular time, eating and digestion are more intense. If you are hungry this is the time to eat.

The period from 8:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m. is the Assimilation Cycle, the time when the body absorbs and utilizes the nutrients in the food that you have eaten. The technique here is to eat early enough so that food has already left your stomach before you retire.

A full night's rest will permit the body to 'complete absorption of nutrients before it enters the next cycle at 4:00 a.m. Anything you eat in addition to this stops the elimination process, and- the remains of the food add only to your toxic load. If you eat anything else other than fruit and fruit juice, you sabotage this cycle. As a result, you deprive your body of the chance to cleanse it-self and wash out the toxic waste in your system.
